Professional Production Budgets

Series or pilot budget package from $7,500.
I prepare detailed, date-stamped development budgets around an agreed production scenario. I account for the project’s scale, location, labour basis, fringes, insurance, contingency, post-production, deliverables and available incentive assumptions.
Budget accuracy depends on the information and assumptions available at the time. I can coordinate review by an appropriate line producer or production accountant when production-level sign-off is required.

I build a coherent business package that gives a serious reader the context needed to understand the project, its audience, its production plan and the proposed route forward.
Legal offering documents, tax advice, securities documentation and audited financial material must come from appropriately qualified advisers.

Bespoke Packaging Engagements
Project packaging is paid work. A defined deliverable follows the published pricing on this page. A broader engagement is scoped individually because the material, relationships and level of coordination required can differ substantially.
No commission, percentage, backend interest, exclusivity or continuing participation applies unless it is expressly agreed in a separate written agreement. Any arrangement connected to financing must also comply with applicable law.

Author or IP Owner
I may begin by clarifying the adaptation route and missing components, then build the pitch deck, production budget and business package in the order the project requires. Outreach or carefully considered introductions begin only when the materials and project position are ready.
Screenplay or Producer-Led Project
Where the screenplay or producing team is already in place, I can focus on the gaps around presentation, cost assumptions, commercial context and the people who need to understand the opportunity.
Paid Engagement Process
I review a concise, non-confidential introduction and identify whether I can provide useful support.
I define the deliverables, assumptions, dependencies, timing and people required for the engagement.
I provide a written agreement covering the fee structure, payment stages, revision limits, rights and responsibilities.
I create the agreed materials and carry out any coordination or introductions included within the scope.
Pricing Notes
All prices are in US dollars. “From” prices are starting points and the final quote reflects the format, script length, project stage, research depth, number of budget scenarios, licensed assets and revision scope.
Third-party legal, accounting, production-specialist, data-licensing and premium asset costs are separate. Every paid engagement is confirmed in a written scope covering deliverables, timing, responsibilities and payment milestones.
